一、條款同意
使用走路工（Salary Walker，以下簡稱「本服務」）即表示您已閱讀、理解並同意遵守本服務條款。如果您不同意本條款的任何部分，請勿使用本服務。
二、未成年人使用規範
- 未滿 18 歲的使用者應在家長或法定監護人同意並指導下使用本服務
- 家長或監護人對未成年人使用本服務的行為承擔連帶責任
- 本服務不鼓勵未成年人進行真實金融投資行為
- 如發現未成年人不當使用，本服務保留限制其帳號的權利
三、服務說明
走路工是一款免費網頁應用程式，提供以下功能：
- 薪資視覺化：根據月薪即時計算每秒收入，支援台灣國定假日自動計算
- 資產追蹤小工具：台股、美股延遲報價（約 15–20 分鐘）彈幕、自選清單、持股紀錄與資產歷史
- RPG 遊戲系統：自動戰鬥打怪、裝備掉落與強化、附魔系統、好友系統與即時聊天室
四、使用規則
- 使用外掛、腳本或自動化工具作弊
- 嘗試破解、反編譯或竄改服務程式碼
- 發布違法、騷擾或侵害他人權益的內容（聊天室等）
- 利用服務漏洞不當獲利
五、免責聲明
- 股票資訊：股票報價資訊來自第三方資料供應商，可能存在延遲或誤差，不構成任何投資建議。用戶應自行判斷投資決策，本服務不承擔因股價資訊錯誤造成的任何損失。股價僅供參考與遊戲娛樂；本服務不撮合交易、不代客下單、不提供投資建議，也不販售任何證券或金融商品。
- 市場資訊：遊戲內顯示的市場數據（例如武道大會的股票代號與漲跌幅）來自第三方資料供應商，可能存在延遲或誤差，僅供遊戲娛樂，不構成任何投資建議。本服務不撮合交易、不代客下單、不提供投資建議，也不販售任何證券或金融商品。
- 薪資計算：薪資計算結果僅供參考，實際薪資可能因加班費、獎金、扣款等因素而有所不同，本服務不保證計算結果的絕對準確性。
- 服務可用性：本服務以「現狀」提供，不保證服務不間斷或無誤。因不可抗力、系統維護或第三方服務中斷導致的服務暫停，本服務不承擔責任。
六、帳號與資料
- 您可免費使用基本功能，無需建立帳號
- 使用 Google 帳號登入可啟用雲端同步功能
- 您應妥善保管帳號安全，不得將帳號提供給他人使用
- 您的財務資料採用 AES-256-GCM 加密儲存，我們致力於保護您的資料安全
- 您可隨時向 hnigel@gmail.com 申請匯出或刪除您的帳號及所有相關資料
七、知識產權
本服務的程式碼、設計、圖像及內容（包括角色素材、音效等）均為本服務所有或經授權使用，未經書面許可不得複製或商業使用。
八、訂閱服務
- 本服務的付費項目（Pro 訂閱與鑽石）僅透過 iPhone App 內的 Apple App 內購買（In-App Purchase）提供，由 Apple 透過您的 Apple 帳號收款；價格與幣別以 App Store 顯示的金額為準。網頁版本身不提供任何付款功能
- Pro 訂閱會自動續訂；您可隨時在 iPhone「設定」→ 點您的名稱 →「訂閱項目」（Apple 帳號的訂閱設定）管理或取消，取消後仍可使用至目前計費週期結束
- App 內購買的退款由 Apple 依其政策處理，請至 reportaproblem.apple.com 申請
- 以同一個帳號登入時，您在 App 內取得的 Pro 資格與鑽石於網頁版同步適用
- 先前透過網頁版購買的訂閱（當時由 Polar.sh 作為授權經銷商處理付款）在到期日前照常有效，到期後不會自動續約；如需繼續使用 Pro，請改於 App 內訂閱。該等訂閱的交易記錄（訂單編號、交易金額、付款狀態與退款狀態）仍依隱私權政策保存，供客服使用；相關退款請見退款政策
- iOS App 內的 Pro 訂閱由 Apple 透過您的 Apple 帳號收款，價格以 App 內商店顯示的金額為準
- 訂閱會自動續訂；可隨時在 iPhone「設定」→ 點您的名稱 →「訂閱項目」管理或取消，取消後仍可使用至目前計費週期結束
- iOS App 的使用另受 Apple 標準授權條款規範：Apple 標準 EULA（Licensed Application End User License Agreement）

十、消費者撤回權（七天鑑賞期）
先前透過網頁版購買之訂閱：依據中華民國《消費者保護法》第十九條，通訊交易之消費者得於收受商品或接受服務後七日內，以書面或電子郵件通知退回商品或解除服務契約，無需說明理由及負擔任何費用。如您於訂閱後七天內希望行使撤回權，請透過 hnigel@gmail.com 與我們聯繫，我們將全額退款。
iOS App 內購買的退款依 Apple 政策辦理，請至 reportaproblem.apple.com 申請。
十一、終止條款
- 如您違反本條款，我們有權暫停或終止您的帳號
- 帳號終止後，您將無法存取雲端同步資料
- 違規終止之帳號，已繳費用恕不退款
- 您可隨時申請刪除帳號及所有相關資料
- 帳號刪除後，所有資料將永久刪除且無法復原
- 免費功能（不含雲端同步）在帳號終止後仍可繼續使用
注意：帳號終止不影響終止前已發生之權利義務。
十二、申訴與糾紛處理
- 如對本服務有任何申訴，請先透過 hnigel@gmail.com 與我們聯繫
- 我們將於收到申訴後 7 個工作天內回覆
- 如無法透過協商解決，雙方同意交由中華民國消費者保護機構調解
- 調解不成時，雙方同意以臺灣臺北地方法院為第一審管轄法院
十三、條款修改
本服務保留隨時修改本條款的權利。重大變更將於本頁面公告，繼續使用本服務即表示接受修改後的條款。
十四、準據法與管轄
本服務條款以中華民國法律為準據法，因本條款或本服務所生之爭議，以臺灣臺北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Salary Walker. By using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Salary Walker (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Minors
- Users under the age of 18 must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before using the Service
- Parents or guardians bear joint responsibility for a minor's use of the Service
- The Service does not encourage minors to engage in real financial investment activities
- If a minor is found to be misusing the Service, we reserve the right to restrict their account
3. Service Description
Salary Walker is a free web application that provides the following features:
- Salary visualization: real-time calculation of per-second earnings based on monthly salary, with automatic public holiday adjustments for Taiwan
- Asset tracker: delayed Taiwan and US stock quotes (about 15–20 min) shown as a scrolling ticker, watchlists, holdings records, and asset history
- RPG game system: auto-battle with monsters, equipment drops and upgrades, enchantment system, friends system, and real-time chat
4. Usage Rules
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using plugins, scripts, or automation tools to cheat
- Attempting to crack, decompile, or tamper with the Service's source code
- Posting illegal, harassing, or rights-infringing content (in the chat room or elsewhere)
- Exploiting service vulnerabilities for unfair advantage
5. Disclaimers
- Stock information: Stock quotes are sourced from third-party data providers and may be subject to delays or inaccuracies. They do not constitute investment advice. Users are solely responsible for their own investment decisions, and the Service assumes no liability for any losses resulting from inaccurate stock data. Stock prices are for reference and game entertainment only; the Service does not match or execute trades, does not place orders on anyone's behalf, does not provide investment advice, and does not sell any securities or financial products.
- Market data: market data shown in the game (such as tickers and daily changes in the tournament) comes from third-party data providers and may be delayed or inaccurate. It is for game entertainment only and does not constitute investment advice. The Service does not match or execute trades, does not place orders on anyone's behalf, does not provide investment advice, and does not sell any securities or financial products.
- Salary calculation: Salary calculation results are for reference only. Actual salary may differ due to overtime pay, bonuses, deductions, and other factors. The Service does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of calculations.
- Service availability: The Service is provided "as is" with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service assumes no liability for outages caused by force majeure, scheduled maintenance, or third-party service disruptions.
6. Accounts and Data
- You may use basic features for free without creating an account
- Signing in with a Google account enables cloud synchronization
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure and must not share access with others
- Your financial data is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. We are committed to protecting your data security
- You may request to export or delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting hnigel@gmail.com
7. Intellectual Property
All code, designs, graphics, and content of the Service (including character sprites, sound effects, etc.) are owned by or licensed to the Service. No part may be copied or used commercially without prior written permission.
8. Subscription Service
- Paid items (Pro subscriptions and diamonds) are offered only through Apple In-App Purchase in the iPhone app and are billed by Apple through your Apple Account; the price and currency are as shown in the App Store. The web version itself has no payment function
- Pro subscriptions renew automatically. Manage or cancel any time on your iPhone in Settings → your name → Subscriptions (your Apple Account subscription settings); you keep Pro until the end of the current billing period
- Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple under its policies; request one at reportaproblem.apple.com
- When you sign in with the same account, Pro and diamonds obtained in the app also apply on the web version
- Subscriptions previously purchased on the web version (payments then processed by Polar.sh as Merchant of Record) remain valid until their expiry date and will not auto-renew; to keep Pro, subscribe in the app. Transaction records for those subscriptions (order number, amount, payment and refund status) are still retained as described in the Privacy Policy for customer support; see the Refund Policy for refunds
- Pro subscriptions in the iOS app are billed by Apple through your Apple Account; the price is the amount shown in the in-app store
- Subscriptions renew automatically. Manage or cancel any time on your iPhone in Settings → your name → Subscriptions; you keep Pro until the end of the current billing period
- Use of the iOS app is also governed by Apple's standard license terms: Apple Standard EULA (Licensed Application End User License Agreement)
9. Refund Policy

10. Right of Withdrawal (7-Day Cooling-Off Period)
For subscriptions previously purchased on the web version: in accordance with Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act of the Republic of China (Taiwan), consumers engaging in distance transactions may return goods or terminate a service contract within seven days of receiving goods or accepting services by notifying the seller in writing or via email, without providing any reason and without bearing any costs. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal within seven days of subscribing, please contact us at hnigel@gmail.com and we will issue a full refund.
Refunds for purchases made in the iOS app are handled by Apple under its policies; request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
11. Termination
- If you violate these terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account
- Upon account termination, you will no longer be able to access cloud-synced data
- No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to violations
- You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time
- Once an account is deleted, all data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered
- Free features (excluding cloud sync) remain available after account termination
Note: Account termination does not affect rights and obligations that arose prior to termination.
12. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

- We will respond within 7 business days of receiving your complaint
- If the matter cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to submit to mediation by Taiwan's consumer protection authorities
- If mediation fails, both parties agree that the Taipei District Court of Taiwan shall be the court of first instance
13. Changes to Terms
The Service reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be submitted to the Taipei District Court of Taiwan as the court of first instance.

- 保護者または後見人は、未成年者による本サービスの利用について連帯責任を負います
- 本サービスは未成年者による実際の金融投資行為を奨励するものではありません
- 未成年者による不適切な利用が確認された場合、本サービスはそのアカウントを制限する権利を有します
3. サービスの説明
Salary Walker は以下の機能を提供する無料ウェブアプリケーションです：
- 給与の可視化：月給に基づくリアルタイムの秒単位収入計算、台湾の祝日自動計算対応
- 資産トラッカー：台湾株・米国株の遅延株価（約15〜20分）の弾幕表示、ウォッチリスト、保有記録、資産履歴
- RPG ゲームシステム：自動バトル、装備ドロップ＆強化、エンチャントシステム、フレンドシステム、リアルタイムチャット
4. 利用ルール
以下の行為は厳禁とします：
- プラグイン、スクリプト、自動化ツールを使用した不正行為
- サービスのソースコードの解読、逆コンパイル、改ざんの試み
- 違法、嫌がらせ、または他者の権利を侵害するコンテンツの投稿（チャットルーム等）
- サービスの脆弱性を悪用した不正な利益の取得
5. 免責事項
- 株式情報：株式相場情報はサードパーティのデータプロバイダーから提供されており、遅延や誤差が生じる場合があります。これらは投資助言を構成するものではありません。ユーザーはご自身の判断で投資決定を行うものとし、本サービスは株価情報の誤りに起因するいかなる損失についても責任を負いません。株価は参考およびゲームの娯楽目的に限られます。本サービスは取引の仲介・執行、代理注文、投資助言のいずれも行わず、有価証券や金融商品の販売も一切行いません。
- 市場データ：ゲーム内に表示される市場データ（武道大会の銘柄コードや騰落率など）はサードパーティのデータプロバイダーから提供されており、遅延や誤差が生じる場合があります。ゲームの娯楽目的に限られ、投資助言には該当しません。本サービスは取引の仲介・執行、代理注文、投資助言のいずれも行わず、有価証券や金融商品の販売も一切行いません。
- 給与計算：給与計算結果は参考値です。残業手当、賞与、控除等の要因により実際の給与と異なる場合があり、本サービスは計算結果の絶対的な正確性を保証しません。
- サービスの可用性：本サービスは「現状のまま」提供され、中断やエラーのないことを保証しません。不可抗力、システムメンテナンス、またはサードパーティサービスの中断に起因するサービスの停止について、本サービスは責任を負いません。
6. アカウントとデータ
- アカウントを作成せずに基本機能を無料でご利用いただけます
- Google アカウントでサインインすると、クラウド同期機能が有効になります
- アカウントのセキュリティを適切に管理し、他者と共有しないでください
- お客様の金融データは AES-256-GCM 暗号化で保存されています。データセキュリティの保護に努めています
- hnigel@gmail.com にご連絡いただくことで、いつでもアカウントおよび関連する全データのエクスポートまたは削除を申請できます
7. 知的財産権
本サービスのコード、デザイン、グラフィックス、コンテンツ（キャラクタースプライト、効果音等を含む）は、本サービスが所有するか、ライセンスを受けて使用しています。書面による事前許可なく複製または商用利用することはできません。
8. サブスクリプションサービス
- 有料項目（Pro サブスクリプションとダイヤ）は iPhone アプリ内の Apple のアプリ内課金（In-App Purchase）でのみ提供し、Apple がお客様の Apple アカウントを通じて課金します。価格・通貨は App Store の表示に準じます。ウェブ版自体には決済機能はありません
- Pro サブスクリプションは自動更新されます。iPhone の「設定」→ お名前 →「サブスクリプション」（Apple アカウントのサブスクリプション設定）からいつでも管理・解約でき、解約後も現在の請求期間の終了までご利用いただけます
- アプリ内課金の返金は Apple のポリシーに基づき Apple が受け付けます。reportaproblem.apple.com からお申し込みください
- 同じアカウントでログインしている場合、アプリ内で取得した Pro とダイヤはウェブ版にも反映されます
- 以前ウェブ版で購入したサブスクリプション（当時は認定販売代理店 Polar.sh が決済を処理）は期限日まで有効で、自動更新はされません。Pro を継続する場合はアプリ内でご登録ください。これらの取引記録（注文番号、取引金額、支払い状況、返金状況）はプライバシーポリシーに従いカスタマーサポートのため引き続き保持します。返金については返金ポリシーをご覧ください
- iOS アプリ内の Pro サブスクリプションは Apple がお客様の Apple アカウントを通じて課金します。価格はアプリ内ストアに表示される金額です
- サブスクリプションは自動更新されます。iPhone の「設定」→ お名前 →「サブスクリプション」からいつでも管理・解約でき、解約後も現在の請求期間の終了までご利用いただけます
- iOS アプリのご利用には Apple の標準使用許諾条件も適用されます：Apple 標準 EULA（Licensed Application End User License Agreement）
9. 返金ポリシー

10. 通信販売の解除権（クーリングオフ）
以前ウェブ版で購入したサブスクリプションについて：台湾消費者保護法第 19 条に基づき、通信販売の消費者は、商品の受領またはサービスの受諾から 7 日以内に、書面または電子メールで販売者に通知することにより、理由を示すことなく、また費用を負担することなく、商品を返品またはサービス契約を解除することができます。サブスクリプション後 7 日以内に解除権の行使を希望される場合は、hnigel@gmail.com までご連絡ください。全額返金いたします。
iOS アプリ内課金の返金は Apple のポリシーに基づき Apple が受け付けます。reportaproblem.apple.com からお申し込みください。
11. 終了条項
- 本規約に違反した場合、当社はお客様のアカウントを一時停止または終了する権利を有します
- アカウント終了後は、クラウド同期データにアクセスできなくなります
- 違反によるアカウント終了の場合、返金は行いません
- いつでもアカウントおよび関連する全データの削除を申請できます
- アカウントが削除されると、すべてのデータは永久に削除され、復元できません
- 無料機能（クラウド同期を除く）はアカウント終了後も引き続きご利用いただけます
注記：アカウントの終了は、終了前に発生した権利義務に影響を与えません。
12. 苦情と紛争解決
- 本サービスに関する苦情がある場合は、まず hnigel@gmail.com までご連絡ください
- 苦情を受領してから 7 営業日以内に回答いたします
- 協議による解決ができない場合、両当事者は台湾の消費者保護機関による調停に付託することに同意します
- 調停が不成立の場合、両当事者は台湾台北地方裁判所を第一審管轄裁判所とすることに同意します
13. 規約の変更
本サービスは、本規約をいつでも変更する権利を有します。重要な変更はこのページで告知されます。変更後も本サービスの利用を継続することにより、改定された規約に同意したものとみなされます。
14. 準拠法と管轄裁判所
本利用規約は中華民国（台湾）の法律に準拠します。本規約または本サービスに起因する紛争については、台湾台北地方裁判所を第一審管轄裁判所とします。
